We aim to get your Pokémon TCG products to you quickly, safely, and in the exact condition you expect — whether you’re a collector, player, or casual fan.

Processing Times

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

Flat Rate Shipping: £2.99 per order
Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over £75

Shipping rates are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or another reliable courier service.
Estimated delivery times are typically 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods such as holidays or promotional events.

Packaging

All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Sealed products remain factory-sealed, and all single cards are shipped securely to prevent bending or damage during transit.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@devolvex.co.uk with your order number.
We’ll look into it right away and do everything we can to help.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve the UK, but we’re exploring safe, cost-effective options for international shipping in the near future.
