  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received successfully.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Free UK shipping applies to orders over £75.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition for a refund or exchange.
