At DevolveX, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If something isn’t right, our returns and refund process is simple, fair, and straightforward.

1. Returns Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns on opened Pokémon TCG products (e.g., booster packs, tins, or boxes) due to the collectible and sealed nature of the items.

  • Refunds or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items will always be honoured — just reach out to us right away.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [your business email] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps and return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we can’t be held responsible for lost parcels.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Please allow extra time for the transaction to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
